Privacy Policy

We may collect the following types of information:

Account Information. When you create an account, we may collect your email address, authentication details, and account identifiers.

Session Information. SleepRecall may store information about sessions you create, including selected language, category, session length, ambient sound, generated lesson content, generated audio files, saved sessions, and playback metadata.

AI Generation Data. When you generate a session, SleepRecall sends the necessary session inputs to our AI service providers to create lesson content and narration. This may include selections such as language, category, session duration, and voice style.

Payment and Subscription Information. Payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple and/or RevenueCat. SleepRecall does not store your full credit card information. We may receive subscription status, purchase status, product identifiers, renewal status, and related billing metadata.

Device and Usage Information. We may collect basic app usage information such as session generation events, playback events, selected categories, error logs, device type, app version, and performance data.

Support Information. If you contact us for support, we may collect your email address and the contents of your support request.

We use information to:

• provide and improve SleepRecall
• generate personalized sleep learning sessions
• save and replay your sessions
• manage your account
• process subscriptions
• provide customer support
• improve app performance
• detect errors and prevent abuse
• comply with legal obligations

SleepRecall uses artificial intelligence to generate educational session content and narration. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or mispronounced. SleepRecall is intended for casual learning and relaxation, not high-stakes translation, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical use.

SleepRecall may use trusted third-party providers, including:

• Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and backend services
• OpenAI for AI-generated lesson content and text-to-speech narration
• RevenueCat for subscription management
• Apple for App Store purchases and subscription billing
• analytics or crash reporting tools if added later

These providers process data only as needed to support app functionality.

Generated lessons, saved sessions, account information, and audio files may be stored securely using our backend infrastructure. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

Subscription purchases are processed through Apple and/or RevenueCat. SleepRecall does not directly collect or store credit card numbers.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data through the Delete Account feature in Settings.

You may delete your account in the app by going to Settings → Delete Account. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal account data and saved session data, unless retention is required for legal, security, or billing reasons.

SleepRecall is not intended for children under 13 unless a parent or guardian provides appropriate consent and supervision. Future child-focused features, such as Nap Trap, may require additional privacy protections before release.
