SleepRecall is an AI-powered sleep learning app that creates relaxing audio sessions designed to help users review language and learning material while resting.

SleepRecall may include:

• AI-generated lessons
• AI-generated narration
• ambient soundscapes
• saved sessions
• subscription-based access
• future learning and relaxation modes

SleepRecall is intended for casual learning, relaxation, and entertainment.

SleepRecall does not guarantee:

• improved memory
• improved sleep
• language fluency
• test performance
• medical outcomes
• therapeutic outcomes

SleepRecall is not a medical device, therapy service, sleep treatment, or substitute for professional advice.

SleepRecall uses artificial intelligence to generate lessons and narration. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, unnatural, or occasionally mispronounced.

You should not rely on SleepRecall for:

• emergency translation
• medical advice
• legal advice
• financial advice
• safety-critical communication
• professional language certification

You may need an account to save sessions, access premium features, or manage your data.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

SleepRecall may offer paid subscriptions.

Subscription billing is handled through Apple and/or RevenueCat.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your App Store account before the renewal date.

SleepRecall does not directly control Apple billing, refunds, renewals, or cancellations.

If a free trial is offered, the trial will convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Trial length and billing details will be shown at purchase.

You may cancel your subscription through your Apple account subscription settings.

Deleting the SleepRecall app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

You agree not to:

• misuse the app
• attempt to access another user's account
• reverse engineer or attack the service
• abuse AI generation
• generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• interfere with app security or infrastructure

SleepRecall, including its name, branding, design, software, audio experience, and generated session structure, is owned by SleepRecall or its licensors.

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may create or save personalized sessions. SleepRecall may store generated lesson content and audio to provide replay, session history, and app functionality.

We aim to keep SleepRecall available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SleepRecall is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SleepRecall after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
